Take a culinary trip back to a time when Tallinn and Riga were rich Hanseatic League cities. Stroll along the winding cobblestone streets of the old towns; get to know stories about the medieval life and the city legends, and taste typical local cuisine characterized by historical background.

Enjoy a medieval feast while visiting Tallinn, highlight the tour with beer brewery visit in Riga and learn about modern Baltic region cuisine based on ecological products from local farms in Vilnius.
 

DAY 1: TALLINN

Arrival in Tallinn. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Enjoy Tallinn on yourself and overnight in Tallinn.
 
 
DAY 2: TALLINN
 
Have a breakfast at hotel. 

We invite you to discover the secrets of Tallinn Old Town and experience a wealthy merchant feast at a medieval restaurant.
During a private Tallinn sightseeing (2hrs walking) you will explore medieval Toompea Castle from the 13th century, grand Viru Gate, Gothic style merchant houses and the Town Hall Square preserved from the 15th century with the oldest still-working pharmacy in Europe. Pass by resplendent Orthodox Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of red-tiled roofs and the Baltic Sea. The route will pass the Holy Spirit Church and the 159 meters high Oleveste Church which was the highest structure in the world in the 16th century. During the sightseeing tour, the guide will tell legends and stories about UNESCO World Heritage Listed Tallinn.

In the evening enjoy an authentic Merchants Guild`s feast prepared according to old recipes:

DAY 3: TALLINN – RIGA

Have breakfast. Check out and have a private transfer to Riga - the capital of Latvia. After 4,5 hours on the way arrival in Riga in the early afternoon. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in.
 
Have a free time for the lunch. 
 
After lunch have a private Riga Old Town tour (2hrs). 
Riga has been a trading port since ancient times. The city is located at crossroads between East and West, North and South. During the walking tour, the guide will show historical warehouses from the 16th – 18th century where salted herring, wine, grain, honey, butter, beer, salt, and many other products were kept.
See the  Town Hall Square and the beautiful Blackheads House, impressive Dom Cathedral, St.Peter’s Church and a surviving part of the fortification wall with its towers and Swedish Gate. Stroll by the dwelling houses called the Three Brothers, which are preserved from 15th, 17th and 18th centuries. Pass by Riga Castle the official residence of the Latvian President. The guide will introduce you to the intriguing story of the Cat House. The tour will pass the Latvian National Opera House and Freedom Monument – the symbol of independent Latvia.
 
During the tour hear the legend enjoy Latvian traditional drink made of 24 different plants, flowers, buds, juices, roots, oils and berries, used as traditional medicine after caching cold. 

Have a three-course traditional Latvian dinner.

Additional for an extra fee: enjoy Latvian folk dances including active participation of guests.

DAY 4: RIGA
 
Have breakfast at the hotel.
 
Meet your guide and visiting Riga Central Market for 1,5 hours tour. Riga Central Market is one of the Europe's largest markets covering 72 000m2, built from five zeppelin hangers left over from the First World War. Since beginning Riga Central Market was built with 24 freezers, many elevators and laboratories. Taste typical Latvian food and drinks like local cheese, smoked chicken, pickled cucumbers and cabbages etc.
 
Have a free  time for lunch. in late afternoon have a private tour in Beer District.  
 
Latvia is a land, where beer has been highly esteemed for centuries, which is the reason for so many craft breweries showing up lately. Beer is in Latvians’ blood and brewing is part of our DNA.
In the late afternoon have a private tour (3hrs) to modish Beer District where based on three historical beer breweries nine pubs with varying characters have been finding the place. Enjoy outstanding varieties of Latvian craft beer delighted by delicious snacks at five pubs. Riga Beer District is a place which every self-respecting beer lover should visit. Beer district tour will reveal the secrets of local beer brewing traditions and will provide with vibrant tastes of 12 local beers.

DAY 5: RIGA - VILNIUS

Have breakfast at the hotel. Check out and have a private transfer to Vilnius – the capital of Lithuania (4,5 hrs). Arrival in Vilnius. Check in hotel.
 
Enjoy a private guided tour in Vilnius (3hrs) and learn about traditional Lithuanian cuisine. Throughout history, Lithuanian gastronomy has been influenced by many different foreign cuisines and cultures like German, Polish, Jewish, Karaites and others and during the tour you will be able to taste the best of it!
Find out how the Lithuanian cuisine has changed throughout the years; what the first disposable dishes were made from, learn the difference between the rich and poor, the life of a vegetarian and how everything looks today!
While tasting delicious Lithuanian dishes you will visit 5-6 places, so be sure to come with an appetite and be ready to experience the flavors of Vilnius.

In the evening enjoy a traditional three-course Lithuanian dinner prepared from fresh seasonal products from local farms and forests.

DAY 6: VILNIUS
 
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check out and have a private transfer to Vilnius International Airport and departure.
