DAY 1: VILNIUS

Arrive in Vilnius – the capital of Lithuania. Have a private transfer to the hotel and check-in. 
 
Trying traditional food is one of the best ways to discover a new location and its culture! Enjoy a private guided tour in Vilnius and learn about traditional Lithuanian cuisine. 
If you think that the Lithuanian cuisine only consists of potatoes, meat, and sour cream, you are wrong! Throughout history, Lithuanian gastronomy has been influenced by many different foreign cuisines and cultures like German, Polish, Jewish, Karaites and others and during the tour you will be able to taste the best of it!
Find out how the Lithuanian cuisine has changed throughout the years; what the first disposable dishes were made from, learn the difference between the rich and poor, the life of a vegetarian and how everything looks today!
While tasting delicious Lithuanian dishes you will visit 5-6 places, so be sure to come with an appetite and be ready to experience the flavors of Vilnius.

DAY 2: VILNIUS - RIGA
 
After breakfast check out and have a private transfer to Riga (~4,5 h). Check in hotel. 
 
Fall in love with the true Latvian spirit while tasting snacks characterizing countries` kitchen and having the private walking tour through Riga Old Town by seeing remarkable sites like Blackheads House, living complex – Three Brothers, representing how people lived from 15th -18th century, famous Cat House, and learn about roosters on the spires of St.Peters Church and the Dom Cathedral. 
The sightseeing tour also will lead you through the development of Latvian gastronomy, while some unique Latvian tastes and drinks will please and surprise your taste buds. As in old times you`re able to taste Latvian pies, black bread, honey, beer and many other Latvian traditional dishes and drinks which haven`t changed during centuries.
In the afternoon enjoy a rich cultural scene and an amazing city on your own. 
 
Have an overnight in Riga.
 
 
DAY 3: RIGA 
 
Have breakfast at the hotel. 
 
Visiting Riga Central Market – one of Europe's largest markets covering 72 000m2, built in 1930 from five zeppelin hangers left over from the First World War. Since beginning Riga Central Market was built with 24 freezers, many elevators, and laboratories and was known as one of the most modern markets in Europe. Thanks to its amazing choice Riga Central Market is popular and loved place for everybody – from top restaurant Chefs to Latvian housewives. 
Adore the real trading buzz and an amazing rainbow of colors and smells while tasting some typical Latvian food and drinks like midsummer cheese, smoked chicken wings, pickled mushrooms, and traditional drink kvass.
 
Optional: Shopping at Riga Central market and food cooking class with Latvian Chef (3-4 hours)
 
Latvian Chef meets the guests at Riga Central Market and visits different stalls and shopping together for the cooking class. Continue to the restaurant, where guests will be awaited with a glass of sparkling wine and two type of snacks. Guests will be welcomed to join to cook the lunch and tray three type of local Latvian beer. Enjoy the moment and self-cooked Latvian meal.

DAY 4: RIGA
 
Have breakfast at the hotel. 
 
Visit the world`s famous Art Nouveau area the largest and best-preserved collection of Art Nouveau buildings in the world. This fact was corroborated by UNESCO in 1997 and now the central section of Riga is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Riga is sometimes called the "capital" of Art Nouveau thanks to the heritage of 800 buildings of Art Nouveau. The exteriors of the Art Nouveau buildings are imaginatively decorative and won`t leave guests incurious or without an opinion. 
Drive to Kalnciema Quarter - a 19th-century wooden architectural landmark famous sport among locals and guests.  Kalnciema Quarter hosts the Farmers’ Market every Saturday, where you can taste and buy a large selection of locally-produced goodies and interesting local arts and crafts while various performances, outdoor activities and concerts featuring musicians from Latvia will cheers you up during festival season.
 
Return to the city center in the afternoon. Overnight in hotel in Riga.
 
  
DAY 5: RIGA - TALLINN
 
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and have a private transfer to Tallinn (~4,5hrs). Tallinn is the oldest capital in Northern Europe added to the map in 1154 by Arabian geographer Al-Idrisi. Arrive in Tallinn and check in to the hotel.
 
During the gastronomic walking tour of Tallinn, you will discover the most beautiful spots of historic places and experience the flavors and stories of Estonian cuisine. On the way, there will be great food stops – starters in medieval spirit, black bread and malt pop tastings at local deli-shop, followed by some typical Estonian open-faced sandwiches with spiced sprats and national drink "Kama", wine-tasting at secret wine café of the old town with the best view in town. The highlights of the tour are the tastes inspired by modern Estonian and new Nordic cuisines, served at one of the finest spots in Tallinn.
 
Overnight in Tallinn.   
 
 
DAY 6: TALLINN
 
After breakfast check out. Transfer to Tallinn International Airport. Registration for international flight and departure.
