Museums of Riga remain open after midnight at International Museum Day. Traditional exhibitions are accompanied by several special events - creative workshops, concerts and theatre performances. International Museum Day, held on May 19, has been celebrated in Latvia since 1978. The festivities are held not only on the specific date, but also throughout the entire week.
Unique Riga Tweed ride

Latvian old bike club in cooperation with the Erenpreis bike shop, for the third year the old bike and retro costume parade-Tweed journey that has already conquered the popularity and what about the more ornate and elegant bike event in the streets of Riga on 5th of May. Tweed journey's goal is to show and highlight the last century 20-30 year bicycle and clothing culture. Trip idea borrowed from London, where the first such trip took place in 2009, later rapidly conquering other cities around the world.
Fair at Bergs Bazaar

A wide variaty of local, traditional and seasonal produce and products - homemade bread, fresh and smoked fish and meats, various kinds of cheese, jams, tinned goods, pastry, fresh milk, spices, and other delicious products are found on fair at Berga Bazaar which is opened every second Saturday. Beautiful handicrafts, jewellery, toys, and a variety of homemade cosmetics and bath products are found at Berga Bazaar fair as well.

Delightfully Delicious Destination — Riga

In collaboration with chefs from the best restaurants and cafés of Riga, the Riga Tourism Development Bureau (RTDB) has developed the “Delightfully Delicious Destination" project. The aim of the project is to show to the locals and foreigners use of Latvian products in the preparation of outstanding and delicious meals. More than 25 different cafes and restaurants are taking part in the “Delightfully Delicious Destination" project.
35th Türi Flower Fair

The start of the peak season of spring gardening in Estonia is marked by the Türi Flower Fair, held in Türi. The fair of this yearwill be the 35th in its history. Represented at the fair will be gardening companies, forestry schools and private gardens, all with special offers designed to help gardeners improve their gardens.
