The best time to visit Baltic countries is from beginning of May till late October.
2. For how long you recommend someone to visit Baltic States?
3- 4 days for each country would be nice, but many people don't have all this time. Anyway 6 days is enough time to see the most glorious sites of all three Baltic States or spend one weekend for city brakes in each country separate.
3. Is the Baltic States safe and secure for the travelers?
Generally all Baltic States are safe and secure but as it can be in larger cities visitors should watch out for pickpockets working in public places, such as on crowded public transport or in markets and other touristy spots. Keep money and documents in inner pockets, try not to flash big means, don't leave your baggage unsupervised, have an eye on your handbag (it could be cut up insensibly and you will loose your purse). Stand as far as possible from Gypsies, including the children. Don't give them money and the like. You won't even notice when all your valuables are disappeared.
