Geography: Estonia is located in Northern Europe in the north-eastern part of the Baltic Sea region.
Weather: Fairly cold winter, a cool spring with little precipitation, a moderately warm summer and a long and rainy autumn. However, some summers have weeks at a stretch of temperatures around +30°C, and a warm, sunny summer can keep autumn at bay until mid-October. Average temperature in July +18,7°C. Opening Hours: Shops are generally open from around 10:00-19:00 Mon-Fri and 11:00-16:00 Sat. Some department stores and supermarkets stay open seven days a week. 
Flag: The blue-black-white flag was first consecrated at Otepää on 4 June 1884, as the flag of the Estonian University Student Association. During the following years the blue-black-white flag became a national symbol.
Coat of arms: The coat of arms of Estonia is a golden shield which includes three slim blue passant guardant lions in the middle, with oak branches along the side of the shield. 
National anthem: The Estonian national anthem "My Native Land..." is a choral-like melody arranged by Fredrik Pacius, a Finnish composer of German origin, in 1843. In Estonia, Johann Voldemar Jannsen's lyrics were set to this melody and sung at the first Estonian Song Festival in 1869.
